Next Leader
Unlock your team’s leadership potential
Next Leader is an immersive executive development program for emerging enterprise leaders. Different from any other L&D program, Next Leader is taught entirely by seasoned C-suite executives from the world’s largest companies, who candidly share realities of their role, lessons learned, and the keys to success.

Participants embark on a four-day, in-person simulation to elevate their strategic thinking and C-suite capabilities with real-time feedback and coaching. Six months of virtual follow-up discussions help participants further enrich their knowledge, reinforce their commitments, and foster meaningful relationships as they embark on their next leadership chapter. Next Leader isn’t theory; it’s the pinnacle of real-world learning for tomorrow’s C-suite leaders.

The Next Leader Difference
Lessons via lived experiences
Next Leader faculty members are seasoned C-suite executives who intimately share their career triumphs and setbacks, as well as what they wish they had known before taking the role. Conversations are story-based, are never one-way presentations, and are designed to spur discussion among the group.
The interactive simulation
Participants engage in a C-suite simulation of a real-world business challenge, which pushes them beyond functional expertise to experience the differences between their roles today and future leadership positions. The experience culminates in a live board meeting, where participants receive feedback in a safe and constructive environment.
Building powerful connections
Next Leader assembles top-tier executives from diverse industries and functions, who cultivate lasting relationships outside of their own company walls. After the four-day meeting, participants engage in six months of virtual programming with faculty and other participants for ongoing learnings, peer accountability, and guidance.
A holistic leadership approach
Profound impact at the C-suite level stretches beyond the competencies of “doing the job.” Next Leader discussions delve into both the tactical business side and the human side of leadership, guided by the vantage point of those who have embarked on the journey.

This program is a way to re-recruit your people. One of my direct reports went from being a great technologist to really getting a mindset on how to think as a leader. He came back saying Next Leader is the best thing he’s ever done.
